Rosebud Theatre Summer Camp - Instructor/Faculty
Aaron Krogman - Instructor
20 years ago, Aaron came to Rosebud for the first time, curious about exploring theatre, and now he and his family call this valley home, where Aaron is the Education Director for RSA. Since the closing of the Badlands Summer School, Aaron has been eager to see another camp in these parts, and this first Rosebud Summer Theatre Camp is just that. He has been part of planning an exciting and connected experience of theatre camp that he hopes will be as transformative as his experience of RSA was 20 years ago. Aaron will be on the ground for the week, leading excursions, serving breakfast, and talking to each camper about what they love and what gets them excited.
Nathan Schmidt - Instructor
Nathan is in the Resident Acting Company with Rosebud Theatre as well as the Head of Acting for Rosebud School of the Arts, he is also a musician and fight director. While he spends most of his time performing and teaching in Rosebud he has performed at Theatre Calgary, Vertigo Theatre and The Shakespeare Company as well as Pacific Theatre in Vancouver and Chemainus Theatre on Vancouver Island. As a teaching artist, Nathan runs classes in Shakespeare, Sonnet, Scene Study, Staged Violence and Combat and Dialects. Nathan has trained with Rosebud School of the Arts and Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Massachusetts.
Tom Stolz - Administrator
Tom is delighted to be invited to administer to the “Rosebud Summer Drama Camp.” His administering and teaching, 16 summers, for the “Canadian Badlands Performing Arts Summer Camp,” he considers, one of the best experiences of his 28 year teaching career.

To have the opportunity to be with creative students who, dance, sing and act is something Tom is excited to be apart of again.
Geof Cornelson - Camp Director
Geof Cornelsen is ecstatic about this year’s Rosebud Summer Theatre Camp! He is the Coordinator of this new and exciting project! Rosebud School of the Arts started out as Summer Theatre Camp over fifty years ago, and Geof is thrilled that “we’re going back to our roots!” Geof has a passion for the arts. He has written, directed, and arranged music for several Christmas productions in his home church over the years. His daughter Lacey found out about Rosebud through a summer theatre camp. Watching her blossom into the amazing artist that she has become, has convinced him that providing leadership to this camp was the right idea. He is enthused about seeing how all this summer’s attendees will flourish as well!
